Jacqui is the director of Middleton Buyers Advocates.  She is a fully licensed estate agent who specializes in the field of Buyers Advocacy.

 

Jacqui is a mathematician, trained at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Melbourne, who also has a background in database programming.  She leverages her logical mindset to zero in on the nitty gritty of the figures relating to investment properties.  

 

She likes to ensure her clients enjoy a soft landing into ownership of their new property, and thus prides herself on providing the necessary support particularly whilst clients are learning to become successful landlords, and/or are working through matters of maintenance or renovation.

 

Jacqui is strong in identifying what a property could be with some modification (also known as "value add" in investment circles).
