This is a flat-rate service which is limited to one property.

 

You identify the property you wish to purchase and we inspect and offer and negotiate on the property on your behalf. 

 

We identify any points of concern that we identify, opportunities for renovation, and whether the property matches your needs.

 

We discuss with you in advance pricing and terms you are comfortable with.

 

It is courteous to ensure you have finance pre-approval should you require it, before offering to purchase a property.  For this reason we will require you to have such pre-approval in place unless you are a cash buyer.  If you do not already have your own, we can direct you to an appropriate mortgage broker to assist you with your financing needs.

 

We negotiate on price and terms for the property on your behalf, as guided by budget and any specific terms you may require.  We may also suggest additional terms.
